What You Will Do:

· Supports business needs in all areas related to Nadcap and AS9100 QMS adherence.

· Conducts research to evaluate potential solutions related to changes in equipment design, procedures, or training to ensure the process yield improves and all aspects of customer requirements are met.

· Performs quality related tasks related to testing, troubleshooting, repairing and modification of CNC manufacturing, hardware assembly, testing processes, liquid and vacuum brazing processes.

· Establishes and implements quality control objectives, activities, or procedures to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, or minimize costs.

What You Will Learn:

Reviews and provides analytical input to documents, such as proposals or other operational procedures, to support studies pertaining to cost control, productivity improvement, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems.

· May manage small projects or processes.

· Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.

· Influences others regarding policies, practices and procedures.

Qualifications You Must Have:

· Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
