About the role
We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join us on a 6-month maternity cover contract, based in Amsterdam. This role will support approximately 180 employees across the Netherlands and the UK during an important post-acquisition integration phase. This is a part-time role (~18-24 hours a week) based in our Amsterdam office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

You will act as a strategic partner to business leaders and local HR stakeholders in Europe, while also collaborating closely with HR stakeholders in Asia. This is a high-impact role requiring strong change management capability, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build trust across geographies and cultures.
