The incumbent will own end-to-end delivery of MWMs—from strategy translation to execution governance—across affordability, premiumization, RTM wholesale, metros, cooling & vending, WTMM productivity, ABC initiatives, and Coke Buddy. Success in this role requires strong system thinking, execution depth, financial acumen, and the ability to influence without authority in a multi-bottler environment.

4. ABC Initiatives (Availability, Breadth & Capacity)
-
Own execution of ABC levers, including total lines, racks, and related availability infrastructure (as defined in BP documentation).
-
Work closely with bottlers and supply teams to remove bottlenecks, improve line productivity, and strengthen in-market availability.
-
Ensure ABC initiatives are integrated with broader MWMs and execution priorities.
5.
WTMM Productivity & Bottler Economics:
-
Drive Wholesale to Market Model (WTMM) productivity initiatives focused on improving bottler realizations and cost efficiency.
-
Partner closely with Finance to evaluate economics, productivity metrics, and return on investments.
-
Enable bottlers to improve throughput, efficiency, and profitability while protecting system growth objectives.
6. Coke Buddy Ownership (Regional)
-
Act as the regional business owner for Coke Buddy across North.
-
Drive adoption, capability building, and disciplined usage across bottlers and frontline teams.

7. Execution Governance, Insights & Performance Management
-
Establish strong governance routines for MWMs execution, including monthly reviews, bottler scorecards, and leadership updates.
-
Leverage data, digital tools, and field insights to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities at scale.
-
Serve as the problem-solver and integrator to unblock execution issues across functions and bottlers.
