JOB DESCRIPTION

Director, Director, RGM Vietnam, Cambodia & Big Markets

Reports to: Franchise VP

Location: Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh

Focus, Scope, & Impact:

This is an OU wide role, individual contributor, leading key pricing processes and capability. As an OU priority, this role has a strong footprint in integrating LRP and BP processes specifically in PMO and NSR.

  • Identify, validate, and align Cluster and country Revenue, Profit and Volume pools to ensure a clear opportunity mapping that delivers Revenue and volume growth.

  • Prioritize opportunity and set addressable targets according to ability to win and strategic priorities.

  • Lead, design and implement integrated system Revenue Growth Management solutions and plans to support top line revenue growth and margin expansion considering all key stakeholders (Consumers, Shoppers and Customers). Such solutions consider OBPPC architecture, Efficient assortment, Pricing roadmaps and promo, terms, and conditions guidelines

  • Mirror, synchronize and deploy key OU big bets (affordability, premiumization, TIO, etc.) to local Cluster and country needs. Bi directionally, feed into the OU strategy those local priorities and realities.

  • Assess multiple solutions, scenario modeling and directs recommendations on best way forward to drive Top, bottom line as well as competitive position in each market

  • Connects RGM solutions to Integrated Execution guidelines considering segmentation, VTM, Picos and channel strategy

  • Collaborate with the franchise and the bottler in specific projects aiming to bring incremental revenue and profits.

  • Ensures full understanding of system financials and value chains to ensure informed decisions.

  • Actively participate in LRP, BP and RE ensuring key initiatives are represented according to market realities.

  • Tracks deployment of RGM initiatives, ensure control dashboards integrations and provide learnings to all stakeholders

  • Lead RGM 2.0 processes acting as PMO ensuring clear processes, routines, and governance in relevant markets

  • Ensures deployment of global/local tools for RGM (Toolkit)

  • Assess data and insights of availability and accuracy to ensure fact-based decision making.

  • Ensure talent development within the system, bringing available content to enable the organization to improve RGM methodologies and ways of working.

  • Provide and validate franchise and country results, narratives.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Lead LRP and ABP discussions on RGMX algorithm (Oi, NSR, Transactions and Volume) and competitive position that will ensure sustainable growth in the portfolio of countries, channels and categories we manage.

  • Connect clear OBPPC solutions that will have a winning impact in consumers, shoppers and channels that will deliver strong performance in our affordable, mainstream and premium big bets.

  • Command on RGMX processes and methodologies to lead network and system initiatives with categories, finance, franchise and the bottler

  • Bring external insights benchmarks and best practices to inform proper RGM guidelines into each market.

  • Ensure end to end RGMX execution in OBPPC and other commercial elements that affect the algorithm, with key focus on mix management, OBPPC execution (Channel LOS) , price, terms and conditions and promotional optimization and management.

Experience & Critical Requirements

  • 8-10 years in Commercial areas including consumer and shopper insights, RGM, channel strategy or category management.

  • Financial acumen

  • RGMX knowledge and experience.

Communication focus:

  • Capable of articulating complex insights into simple business propositions

  • Lead the RGMX agenda by having a clear vision and capable of engaging with top leadership and operational levels.

  • Constant update of RGMX status, risks and opportunities to main stakeholders

Skills:
