As Director AI Solutions Enablement, you will drive the successful end-to-end delivery of cutting-edge data products that leverage AI to enable actionable insights, predictive capabilities and automation. You will be responsible for product outcomes end-to-end, working closely with emerging technologies teams and business stakeholders. You will ensure timely and efficient delivery of high-impact analytics solutions powered by advanced AI/ML techniques while fostering alignment with business goals.

What You’ll Do for Us
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of data analytics solutions with integrated AI/ML capabilities, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and user requirements.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and with emerging technologies to translate business objectives into AI implementation roadmaps and technical deliverables.
- Work closely with emerging technology teams to deliver AI-powered features, such as predictive analytics, prescriptive insights, anomaly detection, personalization, and NLP-based tools.
- Work to optimize the user interface and user experience (UI/UX) leveraging AI-driven analytics platforms for end users, and drive self-service analytics tools powered by AI.
- Drive rigorous testing and validation of analytics solutions and AI functionalities to ensure accuracy, reliability and business applicability
- Ensure analytics products are built to scale to meet future demands and AI ready.
- Communicate progress, deliverables, and outcomes of product delivery projects to stakeholders.
- Enable training programs and resources for leveraging AI-powered analytics features effectively.
- Serve as the internal champion and SME for AI functionality. Keep abreast of emerging AI technologies, frameworks and industry trends.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, AI/ML, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in product delivery or product management roles.
- Deep understanding of data analytics platforms, AI/ML workflows, and business intelligence tools like Tableau / Power BI.
- Experience working with cloud-based platforms for deploying scalable data and AI solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience communicating complex technical concepts and delivery plans to non-technical audiences.
- Solid business understanding of The Coca-Cola System and our partners.

Pay Range:
$148,000 - $169,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
