We are seeking a Senior Manager, EPICS – LATAM to support the execution and delivery of EPICS assets, partnerships, and experiences across the region. This role is hands-on, execution focused, and critical to ensuring high quality activation of entertainment, influencer, cultural, and sports initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a strong operator with cultural curiosity, experienced in managing partnerships, events, and experiential marketing initiatives, and eager to grow within a regional EPICS organization.

What You’ll Do for Us

EPICS Activation & Delivery

  • Execute EPICS initiatives and activations aligned to regional strategy and brand priorities.

  • Support delivery of music, entertainment, influencer, cultural, and sports platforms.

  • Ensure flawless execution of rights, assets, and experiences across touchpoints.

Partnership & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Manage daytoday relationships with partners, agencies, creators, and rights holders.

  • Coordinate with Procurement, Legal, Media, and IMX teams to support contracting and execution.

  • Track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across initiatives.

Performance Tracking & Learning

  • Support measurement of activation effectiveness, including brand, engagement, and business KPIs.

  • Capture learnings and contribute to best practice documentation and playbooks.

  • Identify opportunities to improve execution quality and efficiency.

Integration & Collaboration

  • Coordinate with Frontline teams and Bottlers to support local activation.

  • Ensure EPICS initiatives are integrated into IMX, Media, and Social plans.

  • Support liftandshift of successful executions across markets.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • 7–9+ years of experience in experiential marketing, partnerships, entertainment, influencer marketing, or related fields.

  • Experience supporting regional or multimarket initiatives.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

  • Passion for culture, entertainment, and brand experiences.

  • Fluent English required; Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
