Job Description Summary:

As part of our global Finance organization, the Senior Manager, Transfer Pricing plays a critical role in shaping the integrity and transparency of our financial ecosystem. This position sits within our Corporate Tax team and partners closely with Strategy, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal to support global transfer pricing strategy, policy development, international tax compliance, and advanced analytics used across our worldwide system.

This is a highly strategic role designed for an intellectually curious, data‑driven, and collaborative finance professional who thrives in a globally matrixed environment. You will influence key business decisions, lead transfer pricing processes that support our system economics, and contribute to transformative initiatives across our international network. Whether improving financial models, enabling global alignment, guiding stakeholders, or supporting cross‑border tax matters, you will directly impact how Coca‑Cola allocates value, manages risk, and empowers growth around the world.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Partner across Finance, Tax, Supply Chain, Operations, Strategy, and Legal to support the execution and ongoing enhancement of our global transfer pricing strategy in alignment with business performance objectives and regulatory expectations.

  • Lead components of transfer pricing policy development, ensuring clarity, strategic relevance, and consistent application across markets.

  • Support global documentation initiatives, including master files, local files, benchmarking studies, and financial modeling with external advisors.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and first‑line resource for internal stakeholders on day‑to‑day transfer pricing topics, offering guidance that enhances business understanding and decision‑making.

  • Contribute to preparation and review of transfer pricing calculations for compliance, planning, scenario modeling, and reporting.

  • Lead data gathering and respond to information requests supporting transfer pricing audits, inquiries, disputes, and mutual agreement procedures.

  • Support and help coordinate Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) processes by preparing and reviewing quantitative and qualitative materials.

  • Build, evaluate, and communicate financial and economic models that influence policy setting, business assumptions, and strategic planning.

  • Identify, design, and support automation initiatives that streamline transfer pricing workflows and improve global scalability.

  • Apply digital fluency—including analytics tools and generative artificial intelligence—to optimize processes and uncover insights.

  • Collaborate with global and regional leaders to ensure that transfer pricing principles align with enterprise priorities, governance frameworks, and our system economics.

  • Foster inclusive teamwork, demonstrate leadership behaviors, and contribute to a culture of curiosity, integrity, and continuous learning.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline; advanced credentials such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), or Master of Business Administration (MBA) are beneficial.

  • 5+ years of experience in transfer pricing within a multinational corporation or a consulting environment (including Big Four).

  • Strong understanding of economic transfer pricing concepts, United States transfer pricing regulations, and Organization for Economic Co‑operation and Development guidelines.

  • Demonstrated experience preparing or reviewing transfer pricing documentation, including master files, local files, benchmarking studies, functional analyses, and financial models.

  • Proven ability to build, interpret, and explain financial and economic models for policy development, scenario analysis, and controversy support.

  • Experience with audits, inquiries, disputes, and Advance Pricing Agreement or mutual agreement procedure processes.

  • High level of data literacy, with experience evaluating large datasets and communicating insights to non‑technical stakeholders.

  • Fluency using digital tools, analytics platforms, and generative artificial intelligence to enhance insight generation and workflow efficiency.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and influence across a globally matrixed organization.

  • Strong communication, relationship‑building, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across time zones and cultural contexts.

  • Demonstrated alignment with Coca‑Cola leadership capabilities, including acting with curiosity, empowering others, taking accountability, fostering inclusion, and driving enterprise‑wide outcomes.

What We’ll Do for You

  • A global platform to grow your career: You’ll work with teams across multiple regions, build deep cross‑functional partnerships, and gain exposure to global operations in a purpose‑driven organization.

  • World‑class learning and development: Access to best‑in‑class professional development, coaching, and digital learning tools to advance your expertise and leadership capabilities.

  • Competitive rewards and benefits: Comprehensive total rewards designed to support your wellbeing, financial security, and work‑life balance.

  • A culture that empowers innovation and inclusion: Join a collaborative environment that values diverse perspectives, encourages new ideas, and fosters a sense of belonging and impact.
