-
Set the long‑term RTM vision, strategy, and KPIs for the Mexico North bottler, ensuring clear priorities, channel‑specific growth pathways, and alignment with system‑wide commercial ambitions.
-
Assess internal and external RTM models to identify and prioritize growth opportunities across the region, driving “shift and lift” strategies to unlock structural advantages.
-
Identify capability and execution gaps between current performance and long‑term ambition, designing actions that accelerate the evolution toward higher‑efficiency, higher‑growth models.
-
Engage and influence the Bottling System around the defined RTM vision, ensuring clarity on the roadmap and strong commitment across all system stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
