Role Purpose

This restructured role focuses on enterprise performance governance, strategic diagnostics, Long-term strategy and business continuity, leveraging long-term economic, demographic and industry insights through the lens of MBR and performance reviews. The role acts as an independent strategic challenger to the OU leadership team, supporting decision-making on performance, risk and long-term ambition realization.

What You’ll Do for Us:

Lead Enterprise Performance Review Fully lead the end-to-end Monthly Business Review (MBR) process for the OU, including agenda setting, analytical deep dives, performance diagnostics and content development. Identify critical bottlenecks in strategy execution, partner with Integrated Insights to unpack the most complex issues raised by OU leadership, and provide clear, fact-based recommendations.

Long Range Plan (LRP)Leverage long-term economic, demographic and industry insights to assess the robustness of the OU’s long-term vision, strategy and growth algorithm. Provide strategic perspectives and challenges on business model sustainability and long-term ambition realization.

Business Continuity & Disruption Assessment Identify major disruptions and risks along the growth path, including global, China and industry-level developments. Develop strategic assessments and contingency considerations to support business continuity, and communicate implications and recommendations to the OU President and leadership team.

LRP to ABP Translation – Organizational & Capability Lens Partner with Finance to support the translation from LRP to ABP, contributing strategic thinking not only on business and financial performance, but also on organizational design, capability gaps, process transformation and change management implications.

Enterprise Transformation & In-House Consulting Support Act as an in-house consultant and independent thinker to support enterprise-level transformation efforts, in partnership with Category, Channel and Franchise BD teams. Provide analytical support, strategic diagnostics and performance-based insights to inform transformation priorities.

Global Strategy Network Interface Serve as the liaison to the global strategy network, bringing relevant best practices, benchmarks and external perspectives from Global and other OUs to enrich local performance discussions, strategic diagnostics and risk assessments.

Perform other job‑related duties as assigned, in response to evolving business needs and market dynamics

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Above 10 years of experience in strategy, performance management, business planning, finance, consulting or related enterprise-level roles, with demonstrated experience in business performance review, diagnostics, and executive decision support.

  • Proven experience working in complex, matrixed organizations, preferably within FMCG or similarly fast-moving consumer-driven industries.

  • Hands-on experience leading MBR / business performance reviews, strategic deep dives, or enterprise-level problem solving is strongly preferred.

  • Experience supporting LRP and ABP processes, with exposure to organizational, capability or change-related considerations beyond pure business planning.
