  • We are seeking a Senior Manager, Communications
  • Brazil & South Cone, to support and execute the integrated Communications agenda, working closely with the PACS leads in the region.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Lead the Communications strategy for Brazil, shaping and protecting Coca-Cola’s corporate and brand reputation across media, stakeholders, and employees in alignment with LATAM and global PACS priorities.

  • Position Coca-Cola as a trusted and constructive partner in Brazil by creating synergies between Communications, Sustainability, and Public Affairs, ensuring consistent narratives and coordinated engagement.

  • Drive corporate reputation and sustainability storytelling, translating sustainability commitments and impact into credible narratives that strengthen trust and support long-term license to operate.

  • Lead high-impact, 360-degree communications campaigns, including coalition-building and third-party advocacy, to positively influence public debate on priority business and societal issues.

  • Build and maintain senior relationships with national and regional media, opinion leaders, NGOs, and key influencers, shaping agenda-setting and positive positioning among opinion elites.

  • Provide strategic leadership to Bottler Communications teams, strengthening system alignment, amplifying joint impact, and maximizing influence across the Brazilian market.

  • Lead crisis preparedness and response, designing and executing contingency and crisis communications plans in close coordination with PACS, Legal, and LATAM teams.

  • Oversee internal and external communications execution, ensuring consistency with regional and global guidelines, disciplined delivery through the Annual Business Plan (ABP), and effective budget management.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, or related field preferred.

  • Typically 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, reputation management, or public affairs-related communications, ideally within large, complex, or highly regulated organizations.

  • Proven track record leading corporate reputation strategies, crisis communications, and high-stakes media engagement.

  • Strong understanding of Brazil’s media, social, political, and stakeholder landscape, with the ability to connect communications to broader business and policy contexts.

  • Demonstrated experience integrating communications with sustainability and public affairs agendas to build credibility and long-term trust.

  • Strong people leadership skills, with experience leading teams and influencing across a matrixed organization and bottler system.

  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical judgment, and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with executive presence and confidence.

  • Fluent Portuguese and English required.
