We are seeking a Senior Director, Stills, KOF Mexico you’ll support strategies with franchise operations and bottlers, assist management with identifying opportunities, provide recommendations and implement key initiatives including sales planning, monitoring sales and activity records. The success candidate needs to demonstrate their ability to provide visibility on highly complex or specialized projects in the commercial marketplace.
What You’ll Do for Us

Responsible for weekly/monthly performance management of the Stills portfolio, including revenue, volume, share and transaction reporting.

Monitor Stills execution versus objectives across channels, replanning when needed and providing strategic feedback to key stakeholders; also manage regional discretionary budgets.planning when needed and providing strategic feedback to key stakeholders; also manage regional discretionary budgets.

Execute the Stills commercial strategy and plans with franchise bottling partners, ensuring strong local market activation.

Collaborate on contingency planning for Stills, ensuring delivery of annual results across revenue, volume, share, net outlets, SOVI and pricing.

Standardize capabilitybuilding approaches for Stills, based on bottler segmentation and category maturity.

Assess bottler commercial capabilities for Stills using Global Commercial Leadership Diagnostics, identifying gaps and leading action plans to close them.

Coordinate Stills training and development efforts, enabling stronger processes, scorecards and business routines to deliver the category plan.

Work with franchise commercial managers to steward bimonthly Stills planning processes, ensuring all customer/channel plans are included.

Serve as SME for Stills across Large Store, Small Store and FSOP, partnering with Directors and bottler sales teams for plan execution, and participating in all related channel routines with Atlanta.

Provide bottler performance feedback to Franchise Leadership for Stills, acting as the voice of the market for category growth.

Monitor Stills market conditions and competitive activity, identifying program effectiveness and barriers to implementation.

Support commercial stewardship routines alongside the Commercial Manager for bimonthly planning.

Ensure National Retail, National Foodservice and Regional customer plans for Stills are fully cascaded through the planning process for endtoend execution.

Lead negotiation and resolution of bottling contracts and National Supply Chain agreements for Stills, ensuring governance continuity and system alignment.
Qualifications & Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management with a Master’s degree is preferred.
-
5 or more years in CPG organization responsible for direct sales, key account or franchise management with P&L responsibility.

Must have experience as a Business Partner with direct Bottler or manufacturing experience in the Food and Beverage industry and how to develop capacity plans to meet customer demand.

Must have experience with annual business planning, forecasting, customer and distributor management and demonstration a track record for delivering positive revenue results.

Demonstrate passion for selling, negotiating, relationship building in an entrepreneurial environment.

Understanding of channel marketing, syndicated marketing research and competitive analysis and how to utilize this knowledge to drive sales.

Must possess excellent relationship building skills, as well as strategic leadership abilities

Distribution center knowledge is ideal
