We are seeking a Senior Manager, CBD & Assai, Brazil who will lead the relationship with key stakeholders, co-create strategic plans and portfolio development for Coca-Cola to increase consumer experiences fully aligned with Bottlers System to each customer banner that drive key indicators growth in a sustainable way. The alignments must be in all multifunctional areas nationally, regionally and at local levels to deliver long-term mutual value.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Co-develop customer business plan (CBP and JBPs) with bottlers and key multifunctional teams, including brand and package portfolio priorities and activation plans. Responsible for grounding development plans in markets by format/banner online & offline channels.

  • Ensure implementation of integrated short, mid and long-term strategies in GPA & Assaí to accelerate customer-back, consumer-centric programs and thus accelerate all our portfolio incidence, net sales revenues (NRS), volume, Value Share and profitability growth.

  • The role requires deep understanding of GPA & Assaí business as well strong leadership and accountability to influence our cross-functional System teams towards consumer & customer-relevant plans that drive revenue and profit growth with a sustainable long-term business.

  • Ensure Bottler alignment to be “a single voice for the customer” where multiple bottlers operate as well as manage the relationship with Bottlers System with customers

  • Manage key customer relationships to collaborative build activation calendars by briefing marketing leads for brand/comms requirements while co-developing customer plans with bottlers with customized activation.

  • Deploy NARTD category vision and ensure consistency of value propositions for GPA & Assaí formats (e.g. recruitment, trial, frequency) in collaboration with the bottlers and the customer. Portfolio execution in all formats/banners and drives disciplined implementation of the customer/format for each banner

  • Be the System expert on GPA & Assaí business/formats, able to reflect a consumer, shopper, and local customer’s perspective as well as a System execution capability within the channel/customer.

  • Coordinate with customers and bottlers the implementation of planned activities, acting as facilitator, and act as a mediator to solve a wide range of operational problems between them.

  • Provide insight into category growth opportunities to category leads and to country operations.

  • Optimize DME investment generating value to The Coca-Cola System including commercial and trade packages negotiation. Manage customer specific DME as well as DME allocated to perform the work in scope.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in customer management, commercial and operational marketing

  • Senior and strategic customer management across territories and bottlers with an execution perspective

  • Strong planning, communication, and collaboration skills

  • Ability to think from planning to execution and solid system customer, commercial and brand management

  • Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.

  • Regional experience and understanding of local market dynamics are essential.
