We are seeking a Manager, Content Adaptation – Global Brands to supportthe adaptation, deployment, and optimization of global brand content across markets and consumer touchpoints. This role helps ensure global Big Ideas and brand platforms are translated into locally relevant, high‑quality executions while preserving brand equity and supporting efficiency at scale.

The ideal candidate brings strong executional expertise in content adaptation, consumer journeys, and modular content practices, and is ready to take ownership of defined workstreams within complex global programs.

What You’ll Do for Us

Global Brand Content & Influencer Adaptation

  • Support the adaptation of global Big Ideas and brand platforms across markets and cultures.

  • Adapt global content and assets—including social and influencer‑led content—to align with local consumer occasions, cultural nuances, and channel requirements.

  • Apply modular content principles to support efficient reuse, versioning, and scalability of assets.

  • Ensure adapted content follows brand architecture, visual identity, tone of voice, and communication principles.

Consumer Journey, Media & IMX Enablement

  • Translate global E2E consumer journeys into content requirements by touchpoint, format, and platform.

  • Partner with Media teams to understand media strategy, channel roles, and formats, and support optimization of adapted content.

  • Collaborate with Creative LATAM to ensure adaptations align with the creative game plan once set.

  • Support content performance across digital, media, social, influencer, experiential, and physical touchpoints.

Execution & Delivery

  • Manage day‑to‑day adaptation activities, timelines, and deliverables for assigned brands or workstreams.

  • Contribute to the development of execution guidelines, toolkits, and playbooks for market application.

  • Coordinate with Global Brand teams, agencies, and markets to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery.

  • Track performance metrics and contribute insights to optimize future adaptations.

Innovation, Technology & Asset Governance

  • Apply emerging tools and technologies, including AI‑enabled solutions, to support content adaptation efficiency and quality.

  • Follow established content workflows and asset systems to support realistic adaptation planning.

  • Incorporate usage rights, talent and creator considerations, and asset limitations into adaptation execution.

  • Ensure quality control and compliance across adapted content and assets.

Agency & Partner Collaboration

  • Support adaptation briefings with creative, influencer, and adaptation agencies.

  • Work in agile, cross‑functional teams to enable speed, flexibility, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, content, communications, or integrated brand roles.

  • Experience supporting global brand content adaptation, including digital and social content.

  • Solid understanding of consumer journeys, media ecosystems, and digital platforms.

  • Working knowledge of content production processes and modular content practices.

  • Familiarity with talent and creator usage, rights management, and asset governance.

  • Experience collaborating with agencies and cross‑functional teams across geographies.

  • Strong organizational, collaboration, and communication skills.
