Job Description Summary:
The Senior Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior leaders within the Foodservice and On Premise (FSOP) East Region and Roark Teams. This role serves as a trusted partner to executives, ensuring seamless execution of administrative responsibilities while enabling leaders to focus on strategic priorities.
In addition to executive administrative support, this role plays a key role in supporting team initiatives, customer engagements, and leadership events. The position offers broad exposure to the FSOP organization and provides meaningful opportunities for professional growth and development.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
Executive Administrative Support:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to assigned executives, including:
-
Travel planning, booking, and itinerary management
-
Expense report preparation, submission, and reconciliation
-
Calendar management, scheduling, and prioritization
-
Meeting coordination, logistics, and room bookings (virtual and in-person)
-
Act as a proactive partner to executives by anticipating needs, managing deadlines, and ensuring effective time management

Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Team & Organizational Support:
-
Support FSOP East Region and Roark Teams with planning and execution of customer meetings, events, and engagements
-
Assist with leadership team meetings, including agenda preparation, materials coordination, and follow-up actions
-
Provide logistical and administrative support for leadership direction, initiatives, and communications
-
Coordinate cross-functional activities and collaborate with internal partners as needed
Operational Excellence

Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in administrative processes
-
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and administrative best practices
-
Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners related to supported leaders and teams
Education Requirements:
-
Education: College degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.

Experience: At least 5 years of progressively responsible administrative experience.
Related Work Experience:

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

Proficiency with common business tools (e.g., calendar systems, travel booking platforms, expense reporting tools, Microsoft Office)

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse teams
Functional Skills:

Executive administrative support, including calendar management, travel planning, and expense reporting

Meeting, customer event, and leadership engagement coordination and execution

Cross-functional stakeholder management with strong organizational, prioritization, and confidentiality skills

Pay Range:
$80,300 - $95,700
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
