We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who is well-versed in full stack engineering. You will work closely with other engineers, data scientists, healthcare professionals, and product managers, building tools to improve the health of real people.

As a Software Developer, you will:

Contribute to building scalable, efficient healthcare systems that simplify complex workflows and enhance human efforts.

Actively learn and apply new tools and technologies to solve real-world challenges and advance team goals.

Follow established development practices to ensure fast iteration without sacrificing quality, including writing comprehensive tests and maintaining clear documentation.

Partner with Senior Developers, Product Managers to implement and refine new features.

Success in this role looks like:

You work effectively within an empowered pod model, communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical colleagues to deliver on product objectives.

You take ownership of assigned tasks, delivering clean, well-tested code that improves user experience and system reliability.

You participate in technical discussions and contribute to Technical Design Documents. You demonstrate a commitment to learning existing design patterns and applying them consistently to manage system complexity.

You leverage your growing technical skills to identify areas for improvement. You seek feedback openly and contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented engineering environment.

You should get in touch if:

You have 2+ years of professional experience as a Software Developer with proficiency in Python, Ruby, Go, C, or Java.

You approach coding with a focus on readability, maintainability, and attention to detail.

You are comfortable working across different parts of the stack and are eager to learn how different systems interact.

You have experience building or maintaining web applications and an understanding of how to work within distributed systems.
