Clever is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to help lead our application partner expansion and growth. This role will be expected to understand our application partner audience and drive the end-to-end go-to-market strategy, positioning, and enablement. You will have deep customer empathy and back up your insights with data from the product, surveys, and market research.
This position will own the complete GTM strategy and commercial success metrics for a significant, multi-faceted product or market segment, including:

Drive and lead complex product launch initiatives, from initial market research to post-launch performance analysis and iteration.

Define the methods for measuring impact and success across all marketing programs for the owned product/segment.

Act as the primary spokesperson and subject matter expert for their product area to internal sales, leadership, and external non-executive audiences.
A DAY IN THE LIFE:

GTM Leadership: Fully drive, lead, and scope GTM initiatives, identifying and anticipating challenges to meeting schedule/deadlines and using strong judgment to resolve them

Strategic Messaging: Develop differentiated positioning, value propositions, and messaging that significantly enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Integrate advanced storytelling into all core assets.

Sales Enablement: Design and deliver comprehensive training and enablement tools, actively facilitating and coaching team members and Sales/GTM partners to articulate the product's value effectively.

Market Insight & Strategy: Synthesize data from multiple sources to inform marketing and business strategy. Raises hypotheses and designs research and experimentation programs aimed at resolving key business questions.

Functional leadership: Mentor and support other PMMs and cross-functional partners to navigate complex GTM challenges.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Experience: 5+ years of product marketing experience, with a proven track record of successfully owning and leading multiple complex GTM campaigns for B2B or consumer products

Demonstrated expertise in data synthesis and analysis, with experience driving business outcomes through data
-
Experience telling engaging customer stories with internal and external stakeholders; you are a skilled storyteller as much as you are a marketer

Experience balancing perfectionism with pragmatism in a growing environment
-
Experience distilling technical products, such as an API, to a general audience
-
Creativity in tackling business opportunities
-
Leadership: Proven ability to coach team members, provide strong organizational support, and gain commitment from senior stakeholders on strategic initiatives.

SALARY TRANSPARENCY:
The range of our base salary cash compensation for this role for candidates living in the United States, besides NYC and San Francisco, CA, is between $136,000 - $160,000. For candidates living in NYC and San Francisco, CA is between**$150,000 - $176,000**. All final offers are determined using multiple factors including experience and level of expertise.
