As an Executive Assistant, you will be the behind-the-scenes force that keeps our Head of Finance running at their best. You will work closely with Karan Parekh, https://www.linkedin.com/in/karan-parekh-4090455a/handling everything from scheduling high-priority meetings to pulling off memorable team events. Think of yourself as the conductor, keeping all the moving parts in rhythm so nothing skips a beat.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Manage fast-changing calendars with precision, making sure priorities are handled and no detail is overlooked.

• Act as the go-to point of contact for internal and external partners, ensuring communication is clear and timely.

• Coordinate travel like a pro, from flights and hotels to itineraries and the small touches that make trips seamless.

• Take on personal and ad-hoc tasks, including handling appointments, running errands, and organizing thoughtful celebrations that help life run more smoothly.

• Flex to support another executive as needed, jumping in with scheduling, coordination, and day-to-day needs

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
