For those who’ve never been or haven’t been to Capital One Arena in a while. Here is a helpful email from the arena with all the know before you go information for the Lady Gaga concerts. Please keep in mind the bag policy, the fact that COA is a cashless venue. Also there are Bin Box lockers to rent for $12 outside of the arena if you have stuff that you don’t want to bring into the venue.
