Support Corporate & Sponsor Finance transactors, interacting with clients, participating in meetings and client pitches Support the review of clients' business plans and funding strategy Support in the assessment of potential opportunities to establish transaction viability Help with the preparation and review of deal term sheets Provide input on credit analysis Strong financial and analytical skills Positive can-do approach and comfortable operating in unstructured situations turning abstract concepts into tangible solutions Able to work under pressure to meet challenging deadlines High level of energy, enthusiasm, and motivation Self-starter and comfortable working independently Strong presentation skills (both written and verbal) Team player, ability to interact and build relationships with diverse stakeholders Knowledge of credit analysis, structuring, financing products and financial modelling Exposure to syndicated loans and other capital market solutions Experience being part of deal team and transaction co-ordination. Exposure to legal documentation. Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
