Preferred: Experience in international and multicultural environment. Communication Have excellent writing and presentation skills. English language proficiency is equivalent to B2 level (CEFR). Have superior verbal communication skills and can effectively contribute to discussions with all levels of staff and management to include most senior corporate management. Has proven facilitator skills. Can promote active listening with team members. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Experience working with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies (SAFe knowledge is an advantage). Experienced in using methodologies such as brainstorming, root cause analysis. Minimum. Bachelor's degree - preferred majors in Banking/ Finance, mathematics, statistics, informatics or relevant professional experience. ISTQB Certificate (Foundation level) and ISTQB Certificate (Advanced level) is a plus. CAMS Certificate is a plus SAFe Certification is a plus.
