We're currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as AVP, Test Senior Lead A - C12 ,Hybrid , Malaysia (Internal Job Title: Testing Sr Analyst - C12) based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. For instance: Coverage varies by country. We have a variety of programs that help employees balance their work and life. Required : A minimum of 5 -7 years of experience in AML and 3 years' experience in AML applications testing. Required : Min 2 years of experience in working in Technology area or Technology related processes areas. Required: Experience in financial institutions and knowledge of banking products with experience in testing software applications including data flows testing and testing of mathematical and statistical models. Preferred: Experience in international and multicultural environment. Communication Have excellent writing and presentation skills. English language proficiency is equivalent to B2 level (CEFR). Have superior verbal communication skills and can effectively contribute to discussions with all levels of staff and management to include most senior corporate management. Has proven facilitator skills. Can promote active listening with team members. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Experience working with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies (SAFe knowledge is an advantage). Experienced in using methodologies such as brainstorming, root cause analysis. Minimum. Bachelor's degree - preferred majors in Banking/ Finance, mathematics, statistics, informatics or relevant professional experience. ISTQB Certificate (Foundation level) and ISTQB Certificate (Advanced level) is a plus. CAMS Certificate is a plus SAFe Certification is a plus.
