シティグループ証券・沖縄オフィスでは、デリバティブ取引の安全を守る「オペレーション部門」の若手メンバー（エントリーレベル）を募集しています。

本ポジションは、企業の財務戦略に使われる「OTCデリバティブ」という高度な金融取引において、担保（マージン）の管理や、決済のサポートを行う重要な役割です。

業務内容 (Key Responsibilities)

専門的な業務ですが、マニュアルと先輩のサポートがあります。まずは正確なデータ処理からスタートし、徐々に業務範囲を広げていただきます。

• マージン・担保管理 (Collateral Management):
  • 日々の市場変動に合わせて、必要な担保金額（マージン）を計算し、顧客や社内他部署と連携して資金の移動を管理します。
• 清算機関対応 (Clearing & Settlement):
  • 日本証券クリアリング機構（JSCC）などに対し、取引データや資金決済が正しく行われているかを確認・照会します。
• 残高管理・照合 (Reconciliation & Record Keeping):
  • 社内記録と銀行口座等の残高にズレがないかを確認（リコンサイル）し、正確な財務記録を維持します。
• 業務改善・レポート (Reporting & Improvement):
  • 顧客や規制当局向けのレポート作成に加え、システム改善Excel等を活用した業務の自動化・効率化プロジェクトにも参加します。

応募要件 (Qualifications)

【必須スキル (Required)】

• マインドセット: 金融・デリバティブ分野への学習意欲があり、正確かつ責任感を持って業務に取り組める方（実務未経験可）。
• 日本語: ビジネスレベル（社内外との円滑なコミュニケーション、文書作成が可能であること）。
• 英語: ビジネスレベル（目安：  TOEIC 700点〜）。
  • 読み書きに加え、海外との会議で要点を聞き取り、質問ができる程度のコミュニケーション力を求めます。
• PCスキル: Microsoft Excelの基礎（VLOOKUP、ピボットテーブル等の関数操作）。

【歓迎スキル (Preferred)】

• チームワークを大切にし、変化を楽しめる柔軟性。
• VBA等のプログラミングスキル、または業務自動化への興味。
• リスク管理への意識（間違いに気づき、声を上げられる姿勢）。

Role Overview Citigroup Global Markets Japan Inc. (Operations) is hiring in Okinawa for an entry-level role to strengthen our post-trade capabilities. You will be responsible for supporting OTC Derivatives Collateral & Margin (ISDA/CSA) and Central Counterparty Clearing (e.g., JSCC). We value accuracy, timeliness, and teamwork. Extensive training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals to launch a career in global finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collateral Management: Execute daily margin calculations, collateral valuation, and process margin calls/returns under CSA/ISDA agreements.
• Clearing Operations: Manage cash movements, monitor positions/balances, and handle inquiries related to clearing houses (e.g., JSCC).
• Reconciliation: Perform account reconciliations, investigate and resolve breaks (discrepancies), and maintain accurate records (participating in GL proofing controls).
• Reporting & Projects: Prepare regulatory/client reports and actively contribute to process standardization and automation (e.g., UAT support, Excel) to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Language:
  • Japanese: Business Level (Required for internal/external coordination).
  • English: Business Level (approx. TOEIC score above 700-). Confidence in reading/writing is essential, with the ability to understand and ask questions during cross-location conference calls.
• Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail, data literacy, and time management.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP). VBA or automation skills are a plus.
• Mindset:
  • Strong motivation to learn the fundamentals of finance and derivatives (Prior operations experience is not required).
  • Control-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to continuous process improvement.

Location & Workstyle

• Location: Okinawa (Naha).
• Workstyle: Follows Citi’s hybrid work policy. Collaboration with teams in Tokyo and globally is expected.
