The Marketing Technology (Mar Tech) organization provides critical insights and execution to drive acquisition and customer deepening through digital and non-digital channels. The need to develop and quickly launch compelling and competitive offers in the markets we serve has created growth in customer enrollment and fulfillment. This role will support the fulfillment of marketing incentive campaigns for NA Retail Bank. The incumbent will work with marketing to understand campaign incentives and will assist the team with fulfillment execution, qualification, and tracking.
This role will provide critical thinking and proactive pre-launch campaign planning, testing and ongoing monitoring to mitigate avoidable issues. The incumbent will help with process mapping, introduction of proper process & output control testing, production monitoring and reporting. Key focus on communicating insights on enrollment and qualification activities monthly to identify changes in behavior and trends.
The individual in this position will have the opportunity to work on a variety of Retail Bank initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Interface with marketing, product and analytic teams on campaign set-up, tracking and fulfillment.
- Interact with other analytical and technical teams on matters regarding data sourcing, discovery, and modeling.
- Query internal systems and data marts to develop and audit waterfall reports and assist with promotion inquiries
- Utilize SAS and SQL to identify customers who are eligible for incentives and develop reporting and ad-hoc analysis on responders in the Unix environment.
- Provides recommendations to management regarding infrastructure, operating guidelines and procedures, audit and business reporting, and timely issue resolution
- Understands the impact/implications of the issues that arise during the course of normal processing and campaign management activities.
- Effectively present findings to USPB Leadership Team and business stakeholders
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of experience in Marketing with experience in list development, campaign management, or other analytical role preferably within the financial services industry
- Advanced English level is required
- Project management experience is required
- Marketing campaign experience is required
- Experience with at least SAS, SQL or other relevant tools is required
- Meticulous attention to detail, with an overall passion for quality and accuracy
- Innovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving
- Credible and articulate, with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to relay analytical insights to internal and external stakeholders
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
