The Client Facilitation Group partners with Sales, Trading, and Relationship Management to ensure that Markets is meeting certain Know Your Customer requirements across all of Citi’s entities and regions. This role will primarily support Citi's platinum clients. The responsibilities of the position include:
Liaise with clients, relationship managers, and sales coverage to obtain/confirm Know Your Customer information
Coordinate with AML, KYC operations, and Business Risk to complete KYC exercises in accordance to Citi Policy / country regulations while troubleshooting client pushback
Adhoc support
Knowledge/Experience:
Strong communication and problem solving skills with drive and ability to continuously develop and improve processes
Demonstrated strengths in building trusted relationships
Skills:
Numerate /Analytical
IT skills – Excel, other Microsoft suite
Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
Strong attention to detail / high levels of accuracy
Description
Ability to manage and prioritize own workload effectively and resolve conflicting priorities
Results / Task oriented
Excellent communications skills (written / verbal) at all organizational levels.
Strong customer focus/relationship building skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
