Support the resilience control framework by assisting with control documentation, evidence collection, and ongoing monitoring routines. Contribute to governance processes by helping track control performance, remediation actions, and key deliverables. Assist in monitoring evolving regulatory expectations related to Ops Res and CoB. 7+ years of relevant experience in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Operational Risk, or related disciplines, preferably within a large financial institution. Familiarity with governance frameworks, controls, or policy documentation processes. Fluency in English Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deliverables with attention to detail. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across teams. Proficiency in producing clear documentation, tracking deliverables, and supporting enterprise routines.
