This role will manage a group of professional involved in the Event capture and creation of Income and corporate action events The Group activities include revisions of communications, notifications and inputting event key data information to set up Income and Corporate Action events Manages multiple teams or a functional area Evaluates subordinates' performance and makes recommendations for pay increases, hiring, terminations and other personnel actions Manages regional alignment, develops organizational strategies, and builds credibility and trust with regional partners and management. Manages multiple high priority visible projects, manages vendor relationships, and appropriately leverages and allocates necessary resources Supports a wide range of internal clients (product, sales, client delivery, and technology) and external corporate clients Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of how own area integrates within the overall function to achieve objectives; Creates budget and manages distribution and exceptions Presents, analyzes and validates data metrics to develop valued added solutions to increase productivity and efficiencies Executes on all other duties as assigned 12+ years of experience Senior to advanced level experience in a related role with commensurate experience in people management Experience in management with Banking and Financial Institutions Broad understanding of opportunities that exist within Financial Services and significant experience in Corporate Banking Demonstrated success dealing with management Ability to demonstrate and apply comprehensive understanding of concepts and procedures Ability to exhibit strong and influential communication skills with a senior level audience (internally/externally) Demonstrated understanding of industry Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred ------------------------------------------------------ For complementary skills, please see above and/or contact the recruiter. ------------------------------------------------------
