Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Responsible for handling staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project. Review and revise weekly reports from GGA executives and present to senior management. Attend high level meetings with government and embassy officials and senior management. Analyze the impact of policy development on multiple business and functions to varying degrees in order to communicate legislative developments/findings and strategy. Provide political risk analysis and develop advocacy strategy Interact and communicate effectively with external networks and manage relationships with key policy makers. Minimum of 10 years of experience either as a full time government relation's expert or prior government experience working with key foreign government stakeholders.
