Senior AIML and Python Developer - IVR Contact Center - Assistant Vice President is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and control all phases of development process and analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation as well as provide user and operational support on applications to business users
• Utilize in-depth specialty knowledge of applications development to analyze complex problems/issues, provide evaluation of business process, system process, and industry standards, and make evaluative judgement
• Recommend and develop security measures in post implementation analysis of business usage to ensure successful system design and functionality
• Consult with users/clients and other technology groups on issues, recommend advanced programming solutions, and install and assist customer exposure systems
• Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes
• Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
• Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications and systems
• Collaborate with a team of software developers, designers, and stakeholders to create software solutions that meet the needs of the business
• Design, code, test, and debug software applications and systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software issues Develop chatbots and virtual assistants using the any chatbot platform, utilizing programming languages, scripting, and Kore.AI APIs and tools.
• Implement natural language processing (NLP) and natural language understanding (NLU) capabilities to enable intelligent and context-aware conversations.
• Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices, perform code reviews, and provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to establish continuous integration and deployment pipelines for efficient and automated software releases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs, ensuring smooth operation of conversational AI solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in conversational AI, natural language processing, and related technologies, and apply them to improve development processes and outcomes.
• Implement and Configure and bring conversational flows, natural language processing (NLP), and integrations to life.
Qualifications:
• 6-13 years of relevant experience in AIML, GenAI, Python Engineering
• Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications
. Good to have IVR, call routing domain understanding
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
• Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
• NLP Knowledge: Familiarity with natural language processing and understanding(NLP/NLU).
• Chatbot Development: Previous experience in developing chatbots or conversational interfaces.
• Strong experience in Java scripting, python
• Understanding in NodeJS
Education:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
