The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Digital FX Sales team based in Hong Kong.  This is a dynamic, client-facing role where you will support the team covering corporate and investor clients, gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.  You will further:

• Drive Digital FX Adoption: Execute our sales strategy to expand Citi’s digital FX footprint among Asia North and Australia clients, including local and multinational corporations, banks, leveraged investors and asset managers.

• Become a Trusted Advisor: Develop deep relationships with clients, understanding their unique business challenges and objectives, and positioning Citi's digital FX and execution solutions to meet their needs.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with FX sales, Product owners, and partners from Banking and Services to deliver integrated solutions and exceptional client service.

• Champion Innovation: Identify and pursue opportunities to leverage technology to solve client problems and drive business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing our sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share across Asia North and Australia region.

• Understand risk management of FX flow across all electronic FX channels and contribute to portfolio return optimization.

• Proactively engage clients to understand their business relating to FX and identify the right digital solutions to address their needs.

• Collaborate closely with Product Management to develop innovative and best-in-class digital solutions.

• Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in the FX and payments space.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for clients.

• Foster a robust Risk and Control culture and adhere to Citi’s control framework and policy framework

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of sales and solutioning experience

• Previous experience with FX Sales, Trading, or relevant technologies

• Strong interpersonal and communications skills

• Keen interest in global markets and technology

• Languages:  Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese would be a significant asset.
