Collaborate closely with senior Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) officers and experienced professionals, actively participating in client transactions, projects, and assignments as a valued junior member of the Investment Banking team. Assume responsibility for meticulously organizing and rigorously analysing sophisticated financial data, which forms the critical foundation for client proposals and strategic business plans. Prepare compelling written recommendations, comprehensive valuation materials, and insightful statistical exhibits for pitch presentations and active deal execution. Conduct thorough economic and financial research, providing crucial data and analysis to inform strategic decision-making and client advice. Systematically evaluate a company's financial performance, benchmarking it against overall industry and market trends to identify key insights and opportunities. Construct and maintain complex financial models for various valuation purposes, ensuring accuracy, robustness, and reliability. This includes driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, strictly adhering to company Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct, and business practices, and transparently escalating, managing, and reporting control issues. Currently in your final year of university studies or a recent graduate. Expected to achieve, or have already achieved, a 2:1 (or equivalent academic standing) at the undergraduate level in any degree discipline or Grade 7 above if studying at a Dutch university A Bachelor's / University degree in Finance or closely related areas of Business Administration is required. Fluency in both English and Dutch is essential, encompassing strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages. A strong, demonstrable interest in business and the broader financial industry.
