You will be instrumental in driving the delivery of data-driven solutions by leading agile ceremonies, gathering requirements, and ensuring the quality of our analytical products. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a passion for both data and agile methodologies to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Leadership:

  • Lead daily scrum meetings and facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Champion agile principles and practices within the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

  • Manage the product backlog, prioritize user stories, and ensure the development team has a clear understanding of the work to be done.

Requirement and Data Analysis:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct in-depth requirement analysis for data analytics projects.

  • Translate business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications and user stories.

  • Perform hands-on data analysis using SQL and/or Python to validate assumptions, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

Quality Assurance and Testing:

  • Develop and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) plans to ensure the final product meets business expectations.

  • Author comprehensive test cases and work closely with the QA team to ensure the quality and accuracy of data solutions.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical development team.

  • Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies effectively to all levels of the organization.

  • Foster a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to contribute and innovate

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or Business.

  • 3-5 years of experience in a role that involves agile methodologies, requirement analysis, and data analysis.

  • Proven experience in running agile ceremonies (e.g., daily scrums, sprint planning).

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis using SQL or Python.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, lookups (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH), and creating charts.

  • Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence), including creating and managing scrum boards, generating reports, and building dashboards.

  • Experience in writing test cases and conducting user acceptance testing.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)).

  • Experience working in a data-driven environment, with a good understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and business intelligence tools.

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
