What do we do:We simplify, streamline and automate controls—strengthening our ability to prevent issues.
Control Automation Team automates manual controls through data driven capabilities using industry standard tools & techniques in collaboration with Business, Internal Audit, Internal Citi Risk and Control and Technology. This team work with business for audit, by Identifying cases on control gaps, policy breaches and providing data evidence for audit completion.
Job Description Summary:
- Assist in designing and developing Generative AI solutions under the guidance of senior team members.
- Support the analysis of business processes to contribute to scalable and efficient technology solutions.
- Collaborate in building and maintaining data and technology pipelines.
- Learn and assist in implementing reinforcement learning feedback loops to improve AI agent performance.
- Participate in the development and deployment of AI/ML models in compliance with governance frameworks.
- Gain exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks and contribute to their customization.
- Support the implementation of ML/AI algorithms and frameworks under supervision.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to foster innovation and deliver actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Python language and its frameworks.
- Basic understanding of Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) concepts.
- Familiarity with Generative AI techniques and their applications.
- Interest in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision (CV).
- Willingness to learn and work with Reinforcement Learning (RL) and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs).
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
