Process all Deposit and Fiduciary products, including the execution and settlement of money market instruments and related payment activities Ensure transactions are processed efficiently, act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), and recommend process improvements Evaluate and recommend solutions to problems through data analysis, experience on the job and procedural knowledge Oversee pending cases and ensure that all unresolved cases are brought to completion. Perform daily reconciliation and matching of Nostro items, following up on outstanding items Anticipate and respond to requests for deliverables with internal and external clients/vendors Contribute to and collaborate with Fiduciary and Money Market Operations projects as needed. Develop an understanding of how the Fiduciary and Money Market Operations team interacts with others in accomplishing objectives.
