The Oversight and Cash Management Senior Specialist is a key team member, responsible not only for daily process coverage, but also ongoing projects and initiatives. Full process knowledge accomplished by strong analytical skills and proper risk and control framework understanding would be fundamental for representing the team on various discussions and projects, where advise from Treasury expertise is mandatory for success. Opportunity to cooperate with internal and external partners and contribute to development of multiple processes and functions within Global Wealth Investments Operations.
Responsibilities:

Daily processes coverage within Treasury Control Operations team
-
Identifying inconsistencies in the process and mitigating risks in a timely and efficient manner
-
Maintaining communication and relations with internal and external key stakeholders from multiple locations
-
Preparing presentations and reporting
-
Investigating discrepancies and ensuring strong internal controls
-
Contributing to the completion and maintenance of procedures
-
Participation in UAT test for new systems and products or functionalities
Qualifications:
-
Experience in Treasury Operations, Capital Markets or Investments products
-
Good understanding of Private Banking
-
Proper understanding of risk and control framework
-
Min. 3 years of experience in operations in financial institution
-
Very Good knowledge on Financial Markets products
-
Very Good communication and presentation skills
-
Bachelor’s or University degree or equivalent experience
