Card-linked offers are an important and established card benefit at Citi, providing customers with relevant discounts at their favorite brands, while helping merchants drive brand engagement and sales. As the Card-Linked Offers & Commerce Strategy, Senior Vice President you will lead Citi’s card-linked offers program end-to-end, setting direction and driving profitable growth through ongoing optimization and expansion. You will serve as the primary point of contact with Mastercard, Citi’s card-linked offers provider, and will play a central role in shaping how card-linked offers support Citi’s emerging Commerce Media strategy.
This role will be accountable for delivering measurable customer and merchant outcomes, while evolving the card-linked offers program to support broader merchant solutions, measurement capabilities, and future monetization opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

Drive the performance and ongoing evolution of Citi’s card-linked offers program, with accountability for customer value, merchant outcomes, and business impact

Set strategic priorities and roadmap to improve offer relevance and competitiveness, engagement, and incrementality across Citi’s card portfolio

Own the partnership with Mastercard, including platform performance, roadmap alignment, issue resolution, and optimization opportunities

Identify and execute opportunities to expand the program across merchants, categories, card products, and customer segments

Partner closely with analytics team to strengthen measurement, reporting, and performance insights for internal stakeholders and merchant partners

Collaborate with marketing, technology, sourcing, legal, and operations teams to ensure effective execution and consistent customer experience

Establish and track KPIs to assess program performance, merchant value, and incremental contribution to Citi’s broader business objectives

Represent card-linked offers as a core card benefit and ensure alignment with broader card value proposition

Contribute to Citi’s Commerce Media strategy by helping define how card-linked offers support merchant solutions, measurement capabilities, and future go-to-market approaches
Qualifications
-
10+ years of experience in product, partnerships, marketing, or related roles, with a track record of driving performance and growth in established, customer-facing programs in financial services, payments, or adjacent commerce ecosystems

Specific experience managing a card-linked offers program highly preferred.

Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives that deliver measurable customer and merchant outcomes

Experience managing and influencing strategic external partners

Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to evaluate opportunities, set priorities, and make tradeoff decisions

Deep understanding of performance measurement, analytics, and optimization in a commerce, offers, or promotional context

Excellent communication and influence skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders and navigating highly matrixed organizations

Ability to operate effectively in environments undergoing change, balancing near-term execution with longer-term strategy thinking
