The Enterprise Data Adjustment Product Management is a key position within Citi’s Enterprise Data Office (EDO) Global Adjustment Inventory Development Program, part of the Technology and Business Enablement function. The EDO organization is dedicated to an enterprise-wide effort to transform and strengthen the firm’s data, modernize data infrastructure, simplify the data operating model, and execute strategic priorities for the firm. The EDO defines and enforces data-related policies and standards across Citi, equipping the firm with the tools necessary for robust data governance and management. The EDO organization encompasses Business and Function Data and Technology Platform teams, alongside cross-enterprise data capability teams.
This role supports the program lead in the implementation of the global Adjustment inventory tool strategy, which includes Data Repository, Reporting, Dashboards, Analytics, Risk Scoring, and AI. The role will ensure adherence to firmwide policies and contribute to influencing stakeholders across business, functions, and technology to execute the strategy, evolving data as a product and strategic asset.
Responsibilities include:
- Support the program lead in managing and executing product development initiatives within the Enterprise Data Adjustment Program
- Contribute to the implementation of the Enterprise Adjustment tool suite, including data governance and operating model components
- Provide operational support and guidance for assigned projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders within multiple organizations and functions
- Assist in overseeing and maintaining compliance of the program with regulatory commitments
- Support data governance needs, including RAID log and program plan management
- Contribute to driving data quality improvements, supporting regulatory responses, risk management, and data privacy efforts to ensure data accuracy, security, and adherence to regulations
- Support and contribute to adjustment data transformation efforts (including talent and capabilities), assisting with data lifecycle management, and aiding in the resolution of data-related issues
- Support Data stakeholder engagement efforts across the enterprise
Skills:
- Collaboration across functional teams and influencing peers and junior stakeholders to achieve shared goals
- Understanding of the regulatory environment, Finance, Risk, and Technology pertinent to data management
- Understanding of project execution tools and structure, and demonstrated ability to problem-solve effectively and contribute to business value delivery
- Strong Control mindset with the ability to design, implement and test controls
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex topics clearly and concisely to diverse audiences; capable of operating successfully in a complex, heavily matrixed corporate environment
- A sense of urgency, passion for results, and personal accountability for achievement
- Able to present information effectively and constructively to senior colleagues and stakeholders
Experience:
- 7 years of relevant experience in data management, project management, or a related field
- Experience in designing and implementing controls including ICAPS and MCA
- Experience with SQL and BI Tools
- Understanding of regulatory, compliance, and risk management principles
- Experience contributing to large-scale transformation initiatives
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Working knowledge, experience, and expertise in Data Governance and/or Technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making
- Experience with Agile methodologies and digital transformation best practices
- Demonstrated ability to contribute positively to team building
