The Enterprise Resilience Europe Cluster Execution Head is a key role within our COB and Operations Resilience global team.

You will be accountable for the delivery of a full range of services to one or more businesses/ geographic regions as well as for the end results of an area. Your presence will be a huge added value during the critical decisions so the impact of this role is inevitable.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement Citi’s Enterprise Resilience program throughout the Europe Cluster (including Citibank Europe plc

  • CEP), ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements and Enterprise Resilience (ER) Policy & Standards.

  • Manage Operational Resilience and Continuity of Business Programs across the Europe Cluster.

  • Appropriately assess risk during business decision-making, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citi, Europe its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and adhering to Policy.

  • Support, coordinate, and maintain CEP-related risk assessment processes, track the timely remediation of identified issues

  • Maintain proactive communication with Senior Management.

  • Assist management in guiding and influencing decisions to conform with business objectives.

  • Consistently monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate the effectiveness of risk and controls.

  • Provide program updates, escalate critical items, and report metrics to local management and governance forums.

  • Act as a liaison during audits conducted by regulatory examination agencies and internal/external audit groups where ER involvement is required. This includes coordination with individual businesses implicated in such audits.

  • Participate in Policy planning, work groups to ensure CEP interests are represented in policies, guidelines, and other relevant documents.

  • Partner with regional CSIS Global Security Services to manage and mitigate major crisis events.

  • People Management of ER Coordinators within the Cluster.

Qualifications:

  • 10 years solid Risk Management experience is required, ideally in Business Continuity Management field, with relevant qualifications.

  • Fluency in English is a must-have

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex risk and control activities and processes.

  • Ability to deliver compelling presentations and influence executive audiences.

  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership, coupled with a results-oriented approach.

  • Excellent communication skills; ability to engage and inspire across diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Exceptional command of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
