Citibank, N.A. seeks an Operations Core Project Group Manager for its Tampa, Florida location. Duties: Develop and execute digital transformation strategies aligned with the business objectives. Identify opportunities for digital innovation and create roadmaps for implementation. Streamline business processes and workflows to leverage digital technologies effectively. Design and architect cloud infrastructure solutions based on business requirements, scalability, security, and cost effectiveness. Perform automation development, scaling and management tasks using scripting languages Python, PowerShell Java and .NET, and Microsoft Power Apps, Automation Anywhere and UiPath. Identify, evaluate and prioritize security risks and vulnerabilities within organization, systems, networks and applications. Execute digital transformation projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive digital initiatives. Manage team of direct reports, including two (2) Payroll Lead Analysts, one (1) Strategy Lead Analyst, four (4) Payroll Sr. Analysts, and two (2) Payroll Intermediary Analysts, in implementing global digital transformation solutions across 95 countries. Manage relationships with vendors and service providers involved in digital transformation projects. Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and digital solutions. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols. Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Applications, Applied Computer Science, or related field and 4 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, Senior Specialist–Software Engineering, Test Specialist or related position involving implementing digital transformation initiatives and solutions.  Alternatively, will accept a Bachelor’s degree in the stated fields and 6 years of the specified progressive, post-baccalaureate experience. 4 years of experience must include: Design and architecture of software systems; Cybersecurity architecture including access control and encryption; Information security architecture; Creating roadmaps for implementation; Automation development and selecting automation tools; Python, PowerShell Java, .NET; Workday; Microsoft Power Apps, RPA Automation Anywhere, UiPath; Tableau, Xceptor, Knime Analytics; Project management activities; and Microsoft Azure.
