The Relationship Associate is an intermediate-level position, which supports Relationship Managers. In this role you will be responsible for assisting clients with a wide variety of matters relating to their relationship with Citi, including navigating Citi’s vast network, addressing routine credit queries, Coordinate account structures assist clients with their daily banking needs. By Joining Citi, you will become part of a global organisation whose mission is to serve as a trusted partner to our clients by responsibly providing financial services that enable growth and economic progress. **Team/Role Overview** You will work as a Relationship Associate in the Corporate Banking team in Israel which services the largest clients in Israel with their complex banking needs. **What You’ll Do** - Partner with Product Partners and Relationship Managers to perform various activities for Know Your Client (KYC) requirements, including timely origination, monitoring, renewals and completion across all product and marketing levels - Provide assistance and support to customers for all account maintenance and ongoing banking daily needs - Provide best in class customer service and assisting clients with their inquiries and requests - Support the Corporate business development, owning time sensitive inquiries and escalating as needed - Perform financial and operational investigations, including credit, foreign exchange, cash management and trade services, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction - Assist Banker with the preparation of relationship and portfolio reviews - Facilitate credit originations, credit allocation, approvals, documentation, bookings, fee collections and renewals for Standby Letters of Credit and justify exceptions, as well as credit allocation from Parent Account Management teams and Credit Risk Management - Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. **What We’ll Need From You** - 3-5 years of relevant experience - Consistently client focused and results oriented - Demonstrated information resourcefulness and a high level of attention to detail - Consistently demonstrate follow-up and organizational skills - Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication abilities - Proven planning, negotiation and analytical skills - Consistently demonstrate a professional attitude **What We Can Offer You** This is a role that'll offer you the opportunity to build an in-depth knowledge of financial services operations.
