As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in delivering end-to-end software solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and robustness for our critical financial systems. ​ **Responsibilities:** As a key member of our global development team, you will: - Innovate & Develop: Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable application systems and programs for the Prime Sequel Platform, aligning with strategic technology initiatives. - Problem Solve: Conduct in-depth feasibility studies, analyze complex technical and business challenges, and propose innovative solutions that enhance system functionality and business processes. - Project work: Monitor and guide all phases of the software development lifecycle, from analysis and design through construction, testing, and implementation, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
