Sitting within the Client Marketing organization, the Digital Campaign Execution role will be primarily responsible for supporting the digital acquisition strategy and go-to-market process for key growth markets. Supporting campaign initiatives across our owned and paid channels, this person will partner across product, channel, and tech teams, ensuring flawless execution of product creative and execution. As market opportunities evolve, they will play a key role in supporting initiatives to drive awareness, engagement, and differentiation in key markets be it offer, message, or program support.

The AVP will partner closely with campaign partners and Growth Market strategy leads to support specific approaches and voice best practice considerations for digital acquisition. They will work closely with our agency to test into messaging and conversion optimization across owned assets, developing a roadmap for continued enhancement opportunities. Across onsite and campaign led projects, they will ensure new creative experiences and messaging are implemented flawlessly, leveraging key digital targeting techniques and associated best practices, and ensure projects are developed with an eye towards continuous optimization and improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides input to decisions regarding development of creative assets, channel testing strategy, and advises the business on which products should be marketed / tested and test design.
  • Project manages on assigned campaigns and tracks data to assist in acquisition forecasting and Performance reporting for campaigns
  • Works collaboratively with team to achieve campaign and business goals
  • Executes campaign management across existing programs, as assigned by Manager
  • Optimizes creative, messaging and acquisition landing pages to generate business results tied to key performance indicators.
  • Oversees Quality Assurance (QA) in ad copies, landing pages and sitelinks pre and post launch
  • Provides data to ensure QA record retention as per the process manual as required for business audit on a quarterly basis
  • Utilizes reporting to ensure key performance indicators are efficiently met month over month
  • Stays abreast of industry trends to develop ongoing subject matter expertise in the digital acquisition/online media and marketing space.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience managing marketing and/or social media campaigns for a large global organization
  • Experience in marketing project management preferred.
  • Familiarity with basic reporting and analytics processes, reporting, P&L models, and fundamental analytic tactics to derive insights.
  • Experience supporting projects with internal and external partners with proven results.
  • Financial services industry experience preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
