This is an intermediate level role responsible for executing complex transactions and participating in complex processes in coordination with the Transaction Services team.

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • This is an operations customer service task: act as the single contact point for all key clients & facilitate resolution of their queries by liaising with all the internal partners like: Operations, Compliance, Sales, Product Team, etc.
  • Responsible for daily communications to provide technical advice / guidance to trade related products to enhance services image to all key clients.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Play a key role in timely resolution of queries and optimal service delivery within desired timelines
  • Act as a focal point for all service-level initiatives
  • Establish healthy business relations with Customers for securing repeat business & long term Customer loyalty
  • Work closely with the Operations Teams in identifying opportunities for improvement in the process, geared towards enhancing the over-all ‘Customer experience’
  • Consider risk and control issues when providing solutions to Customers & ensure pro-active escalation of key issues
  • Pro-actively engage Sales & Product teams and provide business leads on key parameters like: Year-on-year Volume analysis at customer and product level, provide inputs to RM / Sales with regards to potential incremental business from customer.
  • Periodic review of inactive clients with sales / product to discuss reasons for decline in volumes and evaluate whether certain names qualify for exclusion from TSP listing.
  • Other tasks assigned by Unit Head

Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of Trade products and International rules (UCP600, ISBP, ISP)
  • Must be computer literate (knowledge of Windows-based programs such Ms Word, Ms Excel, Power Point are required)
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to work well under pressure
  • Must be faithful, flexible, meticulous and attentive to details; strong organization, matured and administration/leadership skills
  • Must be self-motivated and pro-active; hard-working and responsible
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese

EXPERIENCE and EDUCATION REQUIRED

  • 2-3 years proven track record in operations of trade services and trade finance (in a bank or at a major MNC non-bank is preferred)
  • College Degree (in Banking, Finance, Economics & Foreign Trade)
