We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Markets Business Manager and Americas Product Manager. This is a Director-level role that requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in markets, preferably within private banking or a wealth management setting. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of investment products across various asset classes and will be responsible for both (i) all aspects of Business Management including business reporting, communications, data sourcing and business reviews and (ii) Supporting the process to bring new products to market on behalf of the NAM and LATAM Wealth Markets teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Manager
- Business Management: Support the Global Head and the Global COO in the day-to-day management of the business in collaboration with regional business partners
- Management Reporting: Lead the periodic performance reporting for our business including trade volumes, financials, strategic initiatives and regional updates by analysing and collating necessary information.
- Data Analytics: analyse and model large amounts of internal data to support the creation of meaningful presentations, business plans and initiatives.
- Business / Financial Reviews: Prepare all the regular and add-hoc business presentations in collaboration with the Wealth Markets COO team, including weekly business commentary and trade ideas.
- Organise and manage core business strategy meetings such as offsites, campaigns and other adhoc senior management meetings
Product Manager
Responsibility for the NAM & LATAM new product management and new product delivery:
- New product development: Bringing new products to market in a timely manner by managing them through the design and approval process
- Product program creation and maintenance: Ensure that Product Programs are maintained, effectively implemented, reviewed annually and are in compliance with evolving US requirements, local regulations and corporate polices/standards
- Collaboration with regional product managers across EMEA and APAC
- Provide input into process and control framework enhancements
- Assist with responses to Internal Audit, Regulators, and Compliance Testing, as needed
- Support milestones related to Corrective Action Plan (CAP) across the business
Knowledge and Experience:
Competencies
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- 10 years’ experience at a bank/broker dealer
- Product knowledge across the Capital Markets product span – Securities, Derivatives and Structured Products
- Demonstrated familiarity with FINRA, SEC, OCC, and CFTC regulations.
- Data visualization and presentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Required current US FINRA Registration: Series 7 and Series 66 or and either the Series 9/10 or the Series 24.
- Must meet ALL US FINRA Registration requirements within 150 days of starting in the role.

- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
