- Advise on directional strategy and offer expert guidance on significant business and product decisions related to FP&A technology.
- Act as a proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing detailed system requirements, and overseeing the design, prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures for practical business solutions.
- Deliver analytical proof-of-concept prototypes and large-scale analytical platform implementations to fulfill tactical and strategic requirements.
- Provide client-focused support and comprehensive training to business FP&A teams as they adopt new One Stream capabilities.
- Develop robust business procedures and data management policies for ensuring data accuracy and control.
- Create essential model documentation, develop implementation roadmaps, and facilitate knowledge transfers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal partners and senior management to influence decision-making and ensure project alignment.
- Collaborate effectively with the project manager and cross-functional teams, contributing essential information and insights, reviewing open issues, and tracking action items.
- Proactively assess risk in business decisions, demonstrating unwavering consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.
- Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhere to Policy, apply sound ethical judgment, and escalate/manage control issues with full transparency.
Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a strong track record in FP&A within a complex organizational structure.
- Proven, hands-on implementation experience with One Stream is essential, ideally within professional services or a large industry setting.
