Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Prime Product professional to join our dynamic Prime Finance team in New York. This critical role is responsible for scoping and building a financing platform for Market Makers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of A6 financing, coupled with senior relationships among the Market maker segment. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly impact the success of our Prime Finance business by building and launching a new product to complement our existing broad financing platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and Roll out A6 financing platform for Market Makers
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work Closely with internal stakeholders and Control functions to scope and build an end-to-end solution that encompasses entire lifecycle of Trade capture, funding to Reg reporting
• Strong working knowledge of legal documents and structure that governs trading and documentation needs for A6 financing
• Client Relationship Management: Strong Client engagement during the product build to ensure buildout of a robust, client centric product
• Market Awareness: Stay abreast of market structure, regulatory changes, and industry best practices

Qualifications

• Experience: 20+ year track record of progressive experience in Prime Brokerage with strong working knowledge of the A6 financing market structure & Clients
• Client Emphasis: Existing deep relationship with Market Makers and knowledge of key focus areas for high-value clients. Ability to build in partnership with clients whilst managing expectations surrounding capabilities and delivery.
• Leadership: Manage, track and lead large scale complex projects. Proven ability to navigate across the broader organization and external partners promoting organization success. Foster and build strong interdisciplinary teams.
• Communication & Influence: Superior written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex product, legal and commercial points clearly and concisely. Influence and drive strategic partnerships across the trading floor and support functions.
• Regulatory & Industry Expertise: In-depth product knowledge of current and emerging regulatory environment; ability to anticipate future regulatory impacts and strategically position the business accordingly.

Education:

• Equivalent of a master’s degree preferred
