Perform project management across the full project lifecycle, from scope definition to project implementation and post-implementation evaluations to drive business process optimization and revenue improvement. Work with business stakeholders. Analyze business expectations to determine the level of involvement, resources, and timelines required. Prepare detailed project plans and assess critical needs to achieve the desired outcome, considering banking business operations, including processes, systems, applications, networks, and product offerings. Apply Agile methods of mitigating risk and issues. Develop key performance indicators and monitoring mechanisms for evaluation of post-implementation results and change impacts. Collaborate with stakeholders to address issues, clarify requirements, and facilitate intergroup meetings.
