The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain web applications using React.js & Java.

  • Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

  • Optimize components for maximum performance across various devices and browsers.

  • Collaborate with team and users to implement user-friendly interfaces(Java + UI).

  • Integrate supporting UI libraries such as Material-UI or Tailwind CSS.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.

  • Debug and resolve issues in the application on developer tools to ensure smooth functionality.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in React and UI libraries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in React.js, Java - 17 & its ecosystem.

  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

  • Experience with supporting UI libraries like Material-UI, Ant Design, or Tailwind CSS.

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.

  • Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

  • Knowledge of version control systems like Git.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library.

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes

  • Having 8+years of experience in UI + backend(Java) tech.
