Team/Role Overview
The Enterprise Data Domain team is a new team being established to drive the implementation of strategic Data Domains across the firm accountable for improving data quality for all consumers of data. It is a key part of the firm’s strategic transformation and building of sustainable strategic focus on data quality.
The Data Domains Dictionary Quality role is a leadership role in building a new team/function that will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the firm’s central Data Dictionary which is central to all our data management initiatives. This involves considerable development and use of new AI capabilities.
What you’ll do:
Leading a team of C13/C14s analysing data quality using advanced AI capabilities to identify areas of improvement. Working with senior stakeholders across all business lines and functions to use these analytics to drive practical pragmatic improvements.
What we’ll need from you:
Ability to deal with high levels of ambiguity and uncertainty in building a new team/capability
Proven managerial experience
Strong data analysis skills
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to influence and manage a wide range of senior (typically C16) stakeholders
Willingness to learn and continuously refine team processes
