The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales professional to lead digital FX coverage for institutional clients in the Greater China region. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you will:

Drive Digital FX Adoption: Lead the strategy and execution for expanding our digital FX footprint among Greater China institutional clients, including banks, broker-dealers and securities brokers.

Become a Trusted Advisor: Develop deep relationships with clients, understanding their unique business challenges and objectives, and positioning Citi's digital FX and execution solutions to meet their needs.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with FX Sales, Trading, Product Owners, and partners from Banking and Services to deliver integrated solutions and exceptional client service.

Champion Innovation: Identify and pursue opportunities to leverage technology to solve client problems and drive business transformation.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the Greater China institutional client segment.

Optimize portfolio returns and risk management across all electronic FX channels.

Proactively engage clients to understand their FX and execution needs and originate tailored solutions leveraging Citi's digital capabilities.

Collaborate closely with Product Management to develop innovative and best-in-class digital solutions.

Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in the FX and payments space.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for clients.

Foster a robust Risk and Control culture and adhere to Citi’s control framework and policy framework

Be known as a digital thought leader both internally and externally.
Qualifications
-
6-10 years of sales and solutioning experience

Previous experience with FX, Investor Sales, Electronic Trading or relevant technologies

Proven track record on originating and growing client relationships

Strong interpersonal and communications skills

Keen interest in global markets and technology

Languages: Fluency in English and Mandarin is required. Cantonese or other languages would be a significant asset.
