Transaction Management will be responsible for supporting multiple aspects of the lending lifecycle including but not limited to loan closing and servicing coordination, facilitating complex client onboarding, data management, and quality control.  The team will be accountable and responsible for operational oversight of the closing and servicing of all loan transactions of the business division being supported to ensure all internal and external requirements are met.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver high-quality, accurate, and timely reports and dashboards to various stakeholders, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
• Act as a key point of contact for specific operational analytics needs, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of business intelligence and analytics focused on operational and business performance, identifying key business problems and opportunities.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and data visualizations to monitor key operational risks and performance indicators.
• Participate in and lead specific project modules for process enhancements, technology implementations, and system migrations.
• Analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights that support decision-making in areas such as productivity, cost efficiency, and process optimization.
• Collaborate with business and operational teams to identify, prioritize, and implement improvements using data-driven insights.
• Support the setup, maintenance, and optimization of business intelligence platforms, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for relevant stakeholders.
• Work closely with technology teams to identify, source, and refine data sets required for critical business intelligence analytics and presentations.
• Evaluate and implement specific tools and technologies to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting capabilities.
• Partner with functional teams to translate business requirements into effective business intelligence solutions.
• Validate and quantify the effectiveness of delivered solutions and resolution of root causes through improvement in performance and risk metrics.
• Provide training and support to stakeholders on data usage, analytics, and dashboards.
• Ensure the quality of data, controls, and processes meet internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Appropriately assess and escalate risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience
• Individual must have excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Individual must work well under tight deadlines, manage priorities, and complete assigned tasks with minimal management follow up. 
• Candidate has quantitative skills with a high proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft based programs.
• Tableau or visualization tool familiarity
• Experience with Loan IQ, transaction capture tools, etc.
• Keen attention to detail
• Developed analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Client relationship and solution skills

Additional non-core qualifications which will be considered are:

• Experience within a large global team supporting wholesale lending at large financial Institution
• Knowledge of wholesale loan (syndicated / bilateral) product and business, including an understanding of legal loan documentation, loan / funding mechanics, deal structure, funds flows, etc.
• Experience working with clients under time constraints to facilitate a transaction or process.
• Proven ability to collaborate with team members, Senior management and other business constituents
• Critical decision-making capabilities including the ability to identify, escalate, and propose solutions to problems
• Ability to multi-task through the practice of strong organizational and time management skills with experience in continuously following-up with various stakeholders
• Understanding and awareness of appropriate corporate and regulatory policies in relation to Lending
• Deep understanding of operational processes supporting Wholesale lending
• Focus on achieving/exceeding key operating standards within a KPI/metrics driven culture
• Ability to work in an environment where priorities are frequently changing

Education:

• Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience

• Advanced proficiency with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Microstrategy) for report development.
• Strong experience with databases and data tools (e.g., SQL, Python) for data extraction and manipulation for reporting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, consistently delivering accurate and timely reports.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical insights and report findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Developed analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail, crucial for accurate reporting.
• Ability to challenge assumptions and influence stakeholders in a productive and constructive manner to improve reporting processes and outcomes.
• Experience with financial systems such as Loan IQ or other transaction capture tools is highly desirable.
