The Team Assistant - Banking & International will support Bulgaria CCO & Banking Head/Central & Eastern Europe Corporate Banking Head.
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and client-focused professional to serve as a Team Assistant - Banking & International. This hybrid role combines administrative support to senior executives with client relationship assistance and coordination, helping to ensure smooth internal operations and superior client service
You will be introduced to the functions in the department in detail and within the bank as a whole.
Responsibilities:
Senior Assistant to the Bulgaria CCO & Banking Head/Central & Eastern Europe Corporate Banking Head
Expenses and invoice processing, using CRM applications (Concur and Procurement to Pay is a plus)
Business continuity planning
Sourcing and compiling business related information
Making research and creating analysis
Provide support to Corporate Banking team members and contribute to team initiatives and projects
Interact with the other departments of the bank
Help with preparation of internal and client presentations and support follow-ups with prospective and existing clients
Support the onboarding process for new clients in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and liaising with Product, Operations Legal, and Compliance
Assist on day-to-day client inquiries and service-related matters, ensuring timely and effective responses
Monitor client activity and support relationship managers to ensure service levels and operational excellence are maintained
Prepare periodic internal and regulatory reports where necessary
Updating various databases containing client-related information and working on presentations
Additionally supporting Country HR Officer with people related administrative tasks
Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant experience in banking, executive assistant, or client service role
Technical skills: MS Office with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Analytical and critical thinking
Upholds to the highest standards of behavior and work ethic
Interest in financial markets, basic knowledge of financial products, financial modelling and good understanding of economics
Presentation skills
Native Bulgarian and advanced English language knowledge
